Job Title: Sales Executive

Real Estate Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India CTC: 3-5 LPA Job Description: As a Sales Executive at Pune Property Investor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our real estate properties in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the real estate buying process, ultimately closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, online platforms, and networking events.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on inquiries promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate requirements and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and information about the properties in our portfolio.
  • Conduct property tours and accompany clients to site visits.
  • Present property options that meet the client’s criteria.
  • Negotiate effectively on pricing and terms to secure sales.
  • Prepare and present sales offers and assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competition in the Pune real estate market.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis.
  • Assist clients in completing all necessary documentation for property transactions.
  • Coordinate with the legal and administrative teams to ensure a smooth closing process.
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of the local Pune real estate market is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Salary

  • No salary bar for deserving candidates, and the remuneration will be calculated based on experience and level of skill set.

  • Full-Time, Day shift : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
